Mark McCraw has previously served as an elementary school teacher, an Air Force Security Policeman and Logistics Specialist, and as an Air Force Reserve as a Services Specialist. He holds an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice, B.A. in Theology, M.A. in Elementary
Education, M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction, and two years of Doctoral work in Education.

Mark’s hobby’s include writing children’s books, genealogy, traveling overseas, and researching for others. He has been a tour leader on various educational trips overseas and participated on two Korea Veteran Tours.

Currently, Mark in a member of the Oklahoma Literacy Association, American Library Association,
Oklahoma Writers Federation, Inc., Korea Defense Veterans Association Member, American
Legion Member, and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). 

Mark has released eight children’s books since 2021. Many of his books can also be found in Audibles, Kindle, and e-book worldwide. His debut book “Did You Come Home for Lunch?”, was displayed at the San Diego Festival of Books and in Times Square with
Archway Publishing and Simon and Schuster attending. Mark actively participates in podcasts, book festivals and readings.
